    • We have to share the leaning of all the American countries, for this reason it is essential to wide all the possibilities to draw up an arbitration agreement and also support all the proposals which clearly specified that the enumeration of these possibilities it is only as a mean of example as the way of incorporation new creations which can emerge in the technological field.

      Secondly, we must continue prohibiting a verbal arbitration agreement which could work in the hold process, because it goes against the certainty and security of the international business, it also foments lawsuits that we want to combate through the recognition (as much as possible) of all the alternatives means and it can produce serious inconvinients when it is time su submit the arbitral sentence if it is dictade under these conditions to an exequatur in a foreign court.
