    The presente article have a finally the show a relationship between taxation and fundamental rights. The text aims to examine how taxation serves to concretize the exercise of citizenship. It i salso pointed out that taxation can be used as a way to hinder the exercise of these rights that are supported by the Federal Constitution. It is therefore asked whether fundamental rights are preserved when taxation is effective. This is the central problem of the work

    O presente artigo tem a finalidade de demonstrar a relação entre tributação e direitos fundamentais. Direciona-se o texto a examinar como a tributação serve para concretizar o exercício da cidadania. Aponta-se ainda que a tributação pode ser utilizada como modo a dificultar o exercício desses direitos que são amparados pela Constituição Federal. Indaga-se assim se os direitos fundamentais são preservados quando se efetiva a tributação. Essa a problemática central do trabalho
