  Exploro las características de los colectivos laborales que se construyeron durante las décadas de los sesenta y setenta en torno a tres procesos de industrialización acelerada: dos de ellos son polos de desarrollo (en Brasil y Argentina) y el otro (en España) presenta similitudes y contrastes. En los tres casos se conformaron nuevos colectivos obreros, con muchos integrantes que vivían su primera experiencia de trabajo fabril. Investigo cómo se constituyeron esos grupos de trabajadores, qué formas de acción colectiva desarrollaron, cuál fue su composición de género y la influencia que tuvo ese formato de industrialización en su configuración. El estudio se basa en aná- lisis bibliográfico, utilización de fuentes periodísticas y entrevistas a trabajadores.

  This article explores the characteristics of the labor collectives built during the 60s and 70s around three processes of accelerated industrialisation. Two of these represent poles of development –Bra- zil and Argentina; the third, Spain, shares some similarities in its dynamics but also demonstrates relevant contrasts. In all three cases, new workers groups consisted of many members who were experienc- ing factory work for the first time. The article investigates how these groups of workers were constituted, their forms and implementations of collective action, their gender composition, and the influence that industrialization had on their configuration. The study is based on bibliographical survey, the use of journalistic sources and interviews with workers.
