Resumen de O estudo do Estado democrático latinoamericano: uma perspectiva relacional

  The present study is based on the ar-gument that the relational approach of the State, posed by the elaborations of authors such as Nicos Poulantzas and Bob Jessop with other genuinely Latin American contributions, can contrib-ute to the understanding of the Latin American political reality in its speci-ficity, specially of the bourgeois-dem-ocratic state.Thus, through a bibliographical study and analysis, it aims to discuss the analytical potential of the pro-posed approach for the debate and un-derstanding of the notion of State in Latin America.Among the conclusions, it is stated that this potential is verified in the fact that the proposed theoretical frame-work allows an interpretation from the specificities of each concrete social formation, as well as an understanding of why certain class interests are prior-itized to the detriment of others in the state system

  O presente trabalho parte do argu-mento de que a abordagem relacional do Estado, integrada por elaborações de autores como Nicos Poulantzas e Bob Jessop, em diálogo com outras contribuições genuinamente latino--americanas, pode contribuir para a compreensão da realidade política la-tino-americana, particularmente a do Estado democrático-burguês, em sua especificidade. Assim, através de uma pesquisa e análise bibliográficas, bus-ca-se discutir o potencial analítico da abordagem proposta para o debate e a compreensão da noção de Estado na América Latina. Dentre as conclusões, afirma-se que o referido potencial é ve-rificado no fato de o arcabouço teórico proposto permitir uma interpretação a partir das especificidades de cada formação social concreta, assim como uma compreensão das razões pelas quais certos interesses de classe são priorizados em detrimento de outros no sistema estatal.
