Resumen de Proyecto Cities Timanfaya: hacia un nuevo modelo de movilidad turística sostenible en Lanzarote

  CITIES Timanfaya es el acrónimo del proyecto "Concepto Integrado de Transporte Inteligente, Ecológico y Seguro" en el Parque Nacional de Timanfaya, promovido por los Centros de Arte, Cultura y Turismo del Cabildo de Lanzarote y con financiación del Fondo de Desarrollo de Canarias (FDCAN). Se trata de una iniciativa revolucionaria que permitirá realizar el recorrido de la Ruta de los Volcanes, en las Montañas del Fuego, con vehículos de última generación, eléctricos y autónomos. Se trata del primer proyecto mundial con un nivel de autonomía 5.

  CITIES Timanfaya is the Spanish acronym far the "lntegrated Concept of lntelligent, Ecologica/ and Safe Transport" at the Timanfaya National Park, promoted by the Lanzarote Council Centres of Art, Culture and Tourism with the funding of the Canary Istands Development Fund (FDCAN). This is a farreaching initiative that will make it possible to tour the Ruta de los Volcanes in the Moniañas de Fuego by state-of-theart electric, autonomous vehicles. This is the first international project of its kind with Level 5 (full) automation.
