México
Recount of the reforms experienced by Mexico as a result of deep political and economic transformations. The author studies the Washington consensus and its effects on the Latin American economies, especially Mexico, where there has been a deepening of stability, poverty, inequalities, and insecurity. He suggests focusing on reforms that close the gap of socioeconomic inequality by means of a Mexico consensus that deals with economic growth and development, as well as with stability and governability.
