Resumen de Falta de justificaciones: disputas morales en torno a la ausencia en el espacio laboral en el Programa Jóvenes con Más y Mejor Trabajo

  La investigación en la que se enmarca el presente texto analiza la configuración de la “cultura del trabajo” en jóvenes de un barrio popular del Gran Córdoba. En el contexto de un trabajo de indagación sobre la dinámica cotidiana de una política activa de empleo para jóvenes “vulnerables”, el objetivo en este artículo es analizar los repertorios morales puestos en juego en el marco de esta política, a partir de las justificaciones y críticas surgidas en torno a un conjunto de eventos de disrupción: las inasistencias a los lugares de trabajo. Para ello, se presentará la sistematización de un trabajo de campo realizado entre los años 2012 y 2014, que incluye análisis documental de materiales de formación, entrevistas y registro etnográfico en una oficina de empleo de Gran Córdoba.

In the context of a work of inquiry into the daily dynamics of an employment active policy for “vulnerable” youth, the goal in this article is to analyze the moral repertoires at stake in the context of this policy, based on the justifications and critics emerged around a set of breakdown events: the absences at the workplace.
