El presente texto expone algunas ideas sobre la relación entre el feminismo y la Constitución. A tal fin, se identifican ciertos principios que sitúan en contexto el intenso trato que mantienen, tales como la pluralidad del feminismo, el empleo del género y el patriarcado como categorías holísticas, el principio de realidad, y una posible hoja de ruta donde ambos, Constitución y feminismo, caminen de la mano.

The papers discuss a bunch of ideas dealing with the relationship between our Constitution and the feminism movement. In that sense, we identify some core ideas that set the context, explaining feminism as a pluralist view, the gender and patriarchy concepts as a whole, the reality principle, and a roadmap where both, Constitution and feminism, may work hand in hand.
