    Los agentes inteligentes son entidades físicas o virtuales para percibir el entorno que les rodea utilizando la inteligencia artificial. En la actualidad los agentes inteligentes son de mucha importancia tanto empresas públicas como privada, por lo que ayudan a responder sus inquietudes, es decir, estar las 24 horas en la web,por eso la presente investigación pretende analizar e implementar agentes inteligentes a través de herramientas Open Source, mostrando la gran utilidad que esto genera hoy en día en los sitios web. En esta investigación se utilizó método deductivo para analizar las premisas menores de las maquinas inteligentes hasta llegar una premisa mayor en la elaboración de las mismas, además se trabajó con el método descriptivo y de prototipo. Como resultados de esta investigación se dio a conocer que los chatbot (programa informático con el que es posible mantener una conversación y que funcionan mediante inteligencia artificial) en empresas del Ecuador, permitiendo mejorar los negocios. Finalmente se concluye que es posible aplicar estrategias mejores y asequibles a las PYMES en Ecuador, debido a que existen en el mercado herramientas de uso gratuito y de fácil acceso que contribuyen a los objetivos.     Smart agents are physical or virtual entities to perceive their surroundings using artificial intelligence. Currently, intelligent agents are very important both public and private companies, so they help answer your questions, that is, be 24 hours on the web, so this research aims to analyze and implement smart agents through Open Source tools, showing the great utility that this generates today in websites. In this investigation, a deductive method was used to analyze the minor premises of the intelligent machines until a major premise was reached in the elaboration of the same, in addition, the descriptive and prototype method was worked on.As results of this investigation, it was announced that chatbot (computer program with which it is possible to have a conversation and that work through artificial intelligence) in companies in Ecuador, allowing business to improve. Finally, it is concluded that it is possible to apply better and affordable strategies to SMEs in Ecuador, because there are free and easy-to-use tools on the market that contribute to the objectives.
