    El presente artículo expone los resultados de un proyecto de sistematización que tiene por objetivo identificar, caracterizar y validar las fases del cuidado familiar en salud y las oportunidades de intervención que pueden implementarse desde Trabajo Social, conforme las características de cada fase. Las fases del cuidado familiar caracterizadas y validadas corresponden a las siguientes: Primera Fase: Pre cuidador(a). Segunda Fase: Cuidador(a) incipiente. Tercera Fase: Cuidador(a) novel. Cuarta Fase: Cuidador(a) titular. Quinta Fase: Cuidador(a) terminal. Sexta Fase: Post cuidador (a).

    This article presents the results of a systematization project that aims to identify, characterize and validate the phases of family health care and the intervention opportunities that can be implemented from Social Work, according to the characteristics of each phase. The phases of family care characterized and validated correspond to the following: First Phase: Pre caregiver. Second Phase: Incipient Caregiver. Third Phase: novel Caregiver. Fourth Phase: headline caregiver. Fifth Phase: terminal Caregiver. Sixth Phase: Post caregiver.
