Resumen de Gipuzkoa eta Gaskoi hizkuntza: 1310 eta 1316ko bi dokumentu eta zenbait ohar.

  La documentación medieval guipuzcoana se encuentra escrita en diferentes idiomas.

  Entre ellos, el más llamativo es, sin duda alguna, el gascón. Este hecho es reflejo de la importancia que tuvo ese contingente poblacional en parte del territorio guipuzcoano, especialmente en la zona comprendida entre San Sebastián y Hondarribia. Ciertamente, la práctica totalidad de esa documentación ha sido mencionada en diversos estudios. Sin embargo, todavía quedan algunos escritos pendientes de publicación. Ese es, precisamente, el objetivo de las presentes líneas: presentar la transcripción de un par de documentos realizando, así mismo, algunas reflexiones. Uno de ellos, además, contiene una peculiaridad: está relacionado con Oiartzun, un pueblo que, teóricamente, ha estado alejado de la presencia gascona.

  Gipuzkoako Erdi Aroko dokumentazioa hainbat hizkuntzatan idatzirik dago. Horien artean deigarriena, zalantzarik gabe, gaskoia da. Egoera hau gaskoiek Gipuzkoan izan zuten eraginaren seinale da, bereziki Donostia eta Hondarribiaren arteko lurraldean. Hizkuntza horretan egindako agiri gehienak ikerkuntza ezberdinetan aipatuak izan dira, baina oraindik badira argitaratu gabe dauden zenbait testu. Hori da, hain zuzen ere, datozen lerroon helburua: dokumentu pare baten transkribaketa plazaratzea, baina beraien inguruko hausnarketa batzuk egiteko aukera galdu gabe.

  Izan ere, bi dokumentuetako batek badu berezitasun bat: Oiartzungo udalbatzak sortua izatea. Ustez, gaskoiekin harreman eza izan duen herria, hain zuzen ere.

  Medieval documents of Gipuzkoa were written in various languages. One of them was the gascon, which could be, undoubtly, the most remarkable. Initially, this fact reflects the importance that gascon population had in the East zone of the Province, in the land comprised from San Sebastian to Hondarribia. The main documents written in that language have been mentioned and studied differents times, but until now, some of them continued unpublished. The aim of this article is transcribe two documents, but making some reflections around them too. Specially, because one of them has an inusual trait, because it was written by the council of Oiartzun, a town which, traditionally, has manteined away from the gascon influence.
