    Los dos factores fundamentales del sistema económico son el capital y el trabajo. El primero, aporta la iniciativa y los recursos económicos para la creación y sostenimiento de la empresa, y el mercado de trabajo, el conjunto de personas que, con su desempeño profesional, harán posible la producción de los bienes y servicios que se ponen al servicio de la sociedad, todo ello, en términos de competitividad.

    En este documento analizaremos las principales magnitudes del sistema económico y su relación con las del mercado de trabajo con una perspectiva que incluye los casi veinte años transcurridos de este siglo, para poder deducir las repercusiones que tendrán en el bienio considerado

    The two fundamental factors of the economic system are capital and labour. The first, provides the initiative and economic resources for the creation and support of the company, and the labour market, all the people who, with their professional performance, will make possible the production of the goods and services that are put at the service of the society, all of which, in terms of competitiveness.

    In this document we will analyze the main magnitudes of the economic system and its relationship with those of the labour market with a perspective that includes the nearly twenty years since this century, in order to deduce the impact they will have in the biennium considered.
