En este trabajo ofrecemos un diagnóstico formal del argumento central de La inmortalidad del alma (De Immor. An. I, i) haciendo uso de un par de demostradores automáticos de teoremas. Nuestro diagnóstico sugiere que el argumento no es exitoso en términos deductivos.

In this paper we offer a formal diagnosis of the central argument that appears in The immortality of the Soul (De Immor. An. I, i) by making use of a couple of automated theorem provers. Our diagnosis suggests that the argument is not successful in deductive terms.
