    El Nacionalsocialismo operó una revolución jurídica que afectó a todas las bases del Derecho establecidas hasta el momento. El Derecho Penal se convirtió en un vehículo para la implementación de un Estado Policial que llevó a cabo una guerra racial de exterminio contra categorías enteras de seres humanos. A través de este estudio analizamos en qué consistió esta revolución y qué forma final adoptó este nuevo Derecho penal.

    National Socialism operated a legal revolution that affected all the bases of the Law established so far. Criminal Law became a vehicle for the implementation of a Police State that carried out a racial war of extermination against entire categories of human beings. Through this study we analyzed what this revolution consisted of and what final form adopted this new criminal Law.
