  Este estudio analiza la aplicación que hace la Corte Suprema del procedimiento para el rechazo liminar del recurso de casación del art. 782 CPC, en relación con el concepto jurídico de normas (leyes) reguladoras y las formas en que el mismo ha sido utilizado, en concreto como fundamento para la desestimación del recurso in limine. Por otra parte, se ha indagado sobre las incoherencias que se plantean entre los conceptos jurisprudenciales de las normas (leyes) reguladoras de la prueba y el de sana crítica, en cuanto este último queda inicialmente excluido del primero.
  
  Exponemos la relación que tiene lo anterior con la determinación de las infracciones de ley con relevancia casacional.

  This study analyzes the application made by the Supreme Court of the procedure for the liminal rejection of the cassation appeal of art. 782 CPC, in relation to the legal concept of regulatory norms (laws), and the ways in which it has been specifically used as the basis for the underestimating of the resource in limine. On the other hand, we have investigated the inconsistencies that arise between the jurisprudential concepts of the norms (laws) regulating the test and that of sana crítica, as soon as the latter is initially excluded from the first one. We expose the relation that has the previous things with the determination of the infractions of law with casattional relevance.
