    El propósito del artículo es conocer la esencia del juicio reflexivo a partir de los estudios realizados por Hannah Arendt, quien identificó desde sus elementos mínimos su importante papel para la construcción de comunidad. Proyecto que se adelantó a partir del recorrido académico que ella desarrollara, visualizando las dos acepciones que acuñara, el inicial descrito antes del proceso en contra del Teniente Coronel nazi Adolf Eichmann y su modificación que llegaría posterior a este litigio judicial. La evolución conceptual permitirá identificar por qué el juicio reflexivo es tan importante para lograr la vida en sociedad.

    The purpose of this article is to know the essence of reflexive judgment, based on the studies developed for Hannah Arendt, who revised its minimum elements for the importance in the community building. Project developed from the academic journey that she developed about this concept, visualizing the two definitions, the first was to describe before the judgment of a Lieutenant Colonel Nazi and its modification was after this judicial process. Conceptual evolution will make it possible to identify why reflexive judgment is so important to achieve life in society.
