Resumen de Nuevas drogas: escenarios sociales e intervenciones educativo-promocionales

Este trabajo presenta una reinterpretación del uso y distribución de las drogas sintéticas o "nuevas drogas" donde, más allá de analizar sus resultados sociales o personales, se considera su génesis y su proceso, ubicándolas, originalmente, como un estilo de vida fuera del circuito criminal. Esta perspectiva brinda la oportunidad de hacer una crítica no sólo al individuo consumidor, sino también al grupo social al que pertenece, pues en la mayoría de los casos es este ambiente inadecuado lo que propicia la adicción, que según el estudio, se extiende entre los jóvenes sobre todo debido a la poca satisfacción que los adultos ofrecen a sus exigencias. Finalmente, el documento ofrece como alternativa de solución el lanzamiento de redes personales en el ámbito local donde se exalte la correspondencia entre libertad y responsabilidad.

This paper presents a new interpretation of the use and distribution of designer drugs, also called "new drugs", in which, beyond the analysis of its social or personal consequences, it takes into account its genesis and its development process, regarding their origin as a kind of lifestyle not related to the underworld. This perspective is interesting since it makes possible for the community to criticize not only the individual who consumes, bus also the social group to which he or she belongs. As a matter of fact, in many cases this unsuitable environment is responsible for the addiction, which, as shown in this study, spreads young people because of the low degree of satisfaction that the adults grant to their demands. Finally, this article offers as an option the launching of personal networks at a local level, where the correspondence between liberty and responsability can be exalted.
