Resumen de La Resolució de Conflictes: un nou horitzó

Este es un artículo introductorio y divulgativo sobre lo que es la Resolución de Conflictos. Inicia al lector en las referencias teóricas y en la panorámica internacional de esta corriente innovadora y paradigmática de pensamiento y de acción que tiene un éxito notable. Orienta también en cuanto a sus aplicaciones y aporta algunos esclarecimientos terminológicos básicos. Desde el punto de vista teórico y formal, la resolución de Conflictos se fundamenta en el trinomio: Necesidades-Miedo-Agresividad, que ayuda a comprender el origen y la función del conflicto; así como la manera de resolverlo a través de la pacificación. El conflicto resulta ser, pues, un fenómeno universal que acompaña e influye decisivamente y a lo largo de toda la vida, tanto individual como colectivamente. Al final de este artículo se dan algunas referencias por la intervención en la gestión de los conflictos.

This article introduces and explains the term Dispute Resolution. It furnishes the reader with some theoretical data and refers itself to the international panorama of this innovative, paradigmatic but successful stream of thinking and action. It also tries to explain the reader the applications of dispute resolution and which basic terminology is used in this field. From the theoretical and formal point of view. Dispute Resolution bases itself on the trinomial. «Needs-Fears-Aggressiveness». This may help us to understand the source and function, and how we can figth dispute through pacification. We find then that dispute is a worldwide phenomenon which goes along any kind of life, singular or plural; it also has the power to change ir forever more. The last part of the essay is focused on the ways of action in dispute management.
