Resumen de Estudio hidroquímico del río Isuela (Huesca)

  El río Isuela es un modesto curso con problemas por detracción de caudales y aportación de aguas residuales urbanas y efluentes de regadío. En este artículo se realiza su estudio hidrológico y fisicoquímico. Se han calculado diversos parámetros de forma, relieve, red hidrográfica y cobertura del suelo. También se han realizado aforos y muestreos de agua para análisis fisicoquímicos: conductividad eléctrica, pH, Tª, oxidabilidad al permanganato, alcalinidad y los iones HCO3–, Cl–, NO3–, SO42–, Ca2+, Mg2+, Na+ y K+, y elaborado los diagramas hidroquímicos de Piper y Stiff. El río tiene una compleja hidrología y, prácticamente, queda seco en tres puntos distintos. En la parte final se recarga por aguas subterráneas y por el vertido de la EDAR de Huesca, de facto su afluente más importante.

  The Isuela River is a modest water stream with problems due to the reduction of flows and the contribution of urban wastewater and irrigation effluents. In this work a hydrological and physicochemical study of the river is carried out. Several parameters of shape, relief, hydrographic network and land cover have been calculated. Gauging and water sampling have been carried out for physicochemical analysis: electrical conductivity, pH, Tª, oxidability to permanganate, alkalinity and the HCO3–, Cl–, NO3–, SO42–, Ca2+, Mg2+, Na+ and K+. In addition, the Piper and Stiff hydrochemical diagrams were prepared. The river has a complex hydrology and practically remains dry in three different points. In the final part the river is recharged by underground water and by the discharge of the WWTP of Huesca, in fact its most important tributary
