    Objetivo: conocer la influencia de los trastornos del sueño con riesgo de desarrollo de enfermedades cardiovasculares.

    Método: revisión narrativa. Se consultó la datos consultada Pubmed. Se incluyeron los artículos publicados en español e inglés publicados en los últimos 5 años que planteaban testar la posible relación entre los TS y el riesgo de desarrollo de ECV.

    Resultados: se identificaron 28 artículos, de los cuales se incluyeron 8. Todos los artículos relacionan los TS con el desarrollo de EVC.

    Conclusiones: se necesitan más estudios y futuras investigaciones más exhaustivas para la prevención y el tratamiento de los TS, y para evitar las ECV.

    Objective: to know the influence of sleep disorders with the development risk of cardiovascular diseases.

    Method: narrative review. Oatabase consulted: Pubmed. We included the articles published in Spanish and English published in the last 5 years that proposed to test the possible relationship between TS and the risk of developing CVO.

    Results: Twenty-eight articles were identified, of which 8 were included. AII the articles relate TS with the development of CVO.

    Conclusions: More studies and future investigations are needed more exhaustive for the prevention and treatment of TS and, to avoid CVO.
