Resumen de Los huertos escolares en los centros educativos

En este artículo se presentan datos procedentes de encuestas realizadas en un colegio de la Comunidad de Madrid llamado “Ciudad de Jaén” en el año 2017, a seis cursos académicos consecutivos a alumnos que cursan Ciencias Naturales.
El interés que tuvimos por conocer el grado de satisfacción del huerto escolar nos llevó a entrevistar a 600 alumnos. Los resultados nos indican que están satisfechos con haber aprendido una nueva forma de obtener alimentos y a su vez que habían estimulado la sensibilidad ambiental de la ecología.

This article presents data from surveys carried out in a school in the Community of Madrid called “Ciudad de Jaén” in 2017, to six consecutive academic courses for students studying Natural Sciences.
The interest we had to know the degree of satisfaction of the school garden led us to interview 600 students. The results indicate that they are satisfied with having learned a new way of obtaining food and at the same time that they have stimulated the environmental sensitivity of the ecology.
