    El estudio del mercado inmobiliario en la ciudad se indaga desde diversos enfoques y perspectivas, con el fin de tener conocimiento de la dinámica, producción y organización de la ciudad. En esta línea, el trabajo expone y argumenta teóricamente como el imaginario de la inseguridad urbana incide y lo configura. La revisión de los conceptos teóricos permite tener reflexiones de las pautas de la violencia urbana, y su afecto en los modos de habitar, imaginar y formar la ciudad. La discusión propicia hallazgos, con relación a la formación teórica de la repercusión de la inseguridad urbana en el mercado inmobiliario, lo cual ha modificado sustancialmente la vivienda y la ciudad; en donde el estilo de vida queda reflejado por la forma de habitar y percibir los espacios en la ciudad. Siendo el miedo un imaginario dominante que ha quedado asentado en la petrificación de la ciudad y la vivienda.

    The study of the real estate market in the city is investigated from different approaches and perspectives, in order to have knowledge of the dynamics, production and organization of the city. In this line, the work exposes and argues theoretically how the imaginary of urban insecurity affects and shapes it. The revision of the theoretical concepts allows to have reflections of the urban violence guidelines, and their affection in the ways of inhabiting, imagining and forming the city. The discussion propitiates findings, in relation to the theoretical formation of the repercussion of the urban insecurity in the real estate market, which has substantially modified the housing and the city; where the lifestyle is reflected by the way of living and perceiving the spaces in the city. Being the fear a dominant imaginary that has been settled in the petrifaction of the city and housing.
