  • The new application of cork waste on the production of products to stabilise sewage sludge, where this new products provide the reutilisation of industrial waste or products with low added value in cork industry and it is meant to improve the stabilisation of sewage sludge and the environmental conditions of the embankment involving. We indicate the composition and final results of this study, where evidenced the capacity of this mixture to reduce the ammonia (NH3), the biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), total suspended solid (TSS) and total chromium (Cr Total ).
