Resumen de Algunas perspectivas teóricas para el estudio del emprendimiento y el género.

  El presente artículo discute la necesidad de estudiar el emprendimiento y el género de manera conjunta, con el fin de visibilizar las teorías que hasta el momento se han usado con mayor frecuencia en los estudios académicos, así como las tendencias teóricas que se abren campo. Para tal fin se hizo revisión de literatura en las bases de datos de mayor impacto, considerando documentos de frontera, clásicos y estructurales que han estudiado las dos variables expuestas. Se encontró la necesidad de proyectar investigaciones que ayuden a superar la ausencia de una crítica explícita a los métodos e instrumentos utilizados y que a su vez permitan la ampliación de los objetos de estudio, para entender estas dos disciplinas como prácticas sociales entrelazadas. Finalmente, se propone el uso explícito de las teorías feminista en especial en su corriente postestructural, de la teoría institucional y de la teoría de estructuración social, con el fin de permitir un salto teórico que brinde evidencia empírica sobre el fenómeno de emprender desde el hecho de ser mujer o ser hombre más como una construcción social que como la diferencia biológica.

  The literature review for considering the discussion that this article proposes to study the need of entrepreneurship and gender to make visible the theories that until now have been used more frequently in academic studies, as well as the theoretical grounds was made in databases considering frontier, classical and structural documents that have studied the two variables exposed. We found the need to project research that helps to overcome the absence of an explicit criticism of the methods and instruments used and which in turn allow the expansion of the objects of study, to understand these two disciplines as interwoven social practices. Finally, the explicit use of feminist theory is proposed especially in its post structural current, institutional theory and the theory of social structuring, in order to allow a theoretical leap that provides empirical evidence on the phenomenon of undertaking since the fact of being a woman or being a man more as a social construction than as the biological difference.
