    Luis García es Ingeniero Industrial, especialidad Técnicas Energéticas por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, con doble titulación por l’Ecole Centrale Paris (1996), y Master of Science en Ingeniería Nuclear por el Instituto Tecnológico de Massachussetts (MIT). Realizó también un MBA-ejecutivo en la Universidad Antonio de Nebrija.

    Se incorporó al área nuclear de Iberdrola en 1998, donde ha ocupado diversos puestos como ingeniero de combustible nuclear, en tareas de revisiones independientes de seguridad y de licencia. Desde 2010 es responsable de la Unidad de Licencia, Seguridad y Calidad en Central Nuclear de Cofrentes.

    Luis Garcia has an Industrial Engineering degree, major in Energy Technologies, from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, with a double degree from l’Ecole Centrale Paris (1996), and a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also did an executive MBA in the Antonio de Nebrija University.

    He joined the nuclear division of Iberdrola in 1998, where he has held several posts, as a nuclear fuel engineer, in the areas of independent safety and license reviews. Since 2010, he is head of the Licensing, Safety and Quality Unit in the Cofrentes Nuclear Power Plant.
