Tetuán siempre ha sido considerada como una de las ciudades marroquíes con más influencia andalusí. Esto se percibe aún en su ingente patrimonio cultural y natural. La casa Bricha, construida en el último tercio del siglo XIX, es una muestra de su pervivencia. Su planta, dependencias y decoración, con motivos y técnicas aún utilizadas por los artesanos y transmitidas gracias a la Escuela de Artes y Oficios, han evolucionado y hoy forman parte de la identidad tetuaní.

Tetouan has always been considered the Moroccan city with the greatest Andalusian influence, which can still be perceived in its great cultural and natural heritage. The Bricha House, built at the end of the XIX siècle, is a proof of that survival. Its floor plan, rooms and decoration, with motives and techniques that are still used by artisans nowadays thanks to the transmission of the School of Arts and Trades, have evolved and are now part of the Tetouani identity.
