  En este trabajo se estudian comparativamente los resultados que proporciona el método speckle para la determinación de la función de transferencia de modulación (MTF) de dos detectores: un CCD y un CMOS. Se analiza la precisión en la MTF con dos rendijas distintas (simple y doble). Se propone un nuevo procedimiento de ajuste de los datos con la rendija simple y se escoge esta abertura por presentar una mayor reproducibilidad y una incertidumbre menor. Las diferencias en la MTF de los detectores son significativas desde 50 ciclos/mm y aumentan con la frecuencia espacial, siendo superior la MTF del detector CCD.

  In this work, we comparatively study the results provided by the speckle method to determine the modulation transfer function (MTF) of two detectors: a CCD and a CMOS. We analyse the precision in the MTF with two different slits (single and double). We propose a new procedure of fitting the data with the single slit and we choose this aperture since it offers better reproducibility and lower uncertainty. The differences between the MTF of the detectors are significant beyond 50 cycles/mm and they intensify as the spatial frequency augments; at these frequencies, the MTF is higher for the CCD detector.
