  Este artículo se centra en las reconstrucciones arqueológicas. Se habla brevemente sobre la historia de las reconstrucciones arqueológicas. Al mismo tiempo, se destaca que la tendencia actual más importante es la preservación de ruinas (la principal de las políticas patrimoniales en España) y que las reconstrucciones arqueológicas han sido abandonadas por la mayor parte de los expertos en la materia. Finalmente, el objetivo de este documento es también tratar del valor educacional y científico de las reconstrucciones arqueológicas.

  This paper is focused on the archaeological reconstructions. We will briefly talk about the history of archaeological reconstructions. At the same time, we would like to highlight that the major actual tendency is to preserve ruins (this has been the leading heritage policy in Spain) and the archaeological reconstructions have been neglected from the most part of scholars.

  Finally, the aim of the paper it is also to discuss the educational and scientifically value of the archaeological reconstructions.
