Il contributo tratta delle questioni ancora aperte in materia di ius Latii, in particolare per quanto attiene alla sua declinazione nei municipia iberici di età Flavia. Si occupa delle questioni interpretative scaturenti da Plin. HN 3.3.30; dei dubbi concernenti la ricostruzione del ius Latii come ‘Personenrecht’ o ‘Gemeinderecht’; dei quesiti attinenti alla diffusione dei municipia con ius Latii in Spagna a partire da Augusto e della ‘svolta’ avvenuta con Vespasiano.

The essay deals with the still open questions about ius Latii, especially with regard to his application in the hispanic municipia of the Flavian age. It handles with the interpretative doubts which arise from Plin. HN 3.3.30; with the questions implied by the reconstruction of the ius Latii as ‘Personenrecht’ or ‘Gemeinderecht’; with the problems which attain to the begininning of municipia with ius Latii in the Augustan age and to the ‘turning point’ in the age of Vespasian.
