Resumen de Integración de minorías en Europa. La propuesta de Elham Manea

Se ofrecen en este trabajo algunos puntos de análisis en orden a entender si es posible la integración cultural de las minorías en Europa, en concreto de la mujer musulmana que vive en Occidente bajo la ley basada en el Corán, la Sharia. Se analiza la propuesta de Eldam Manea –en la que defiende que pretender adaptar algunas partes de la Sharia sería dejar todavía más desvalidos a los vulnerables- y se la compara con otras opiniones, algunas de las cuales son más proclives a aceptar esta adaptación. Se finaliza con una reflexión acerca de la manera más digna de integrar al migrante respetando sus derechos humanos y los del país de acogida.

Some points of analysis are offered in this work in order to understand if the cultural integration of the minorities in Europe is possible, in particular that of Muslim women who live in the West under the law based on the Koran, the Sharia. The proposal of Elham Manea is analyzed - in which she defends that trying to adapt some parts of the Sharia would leave the vulnerable even more vulnerable - and compared with other opinions, some of which are more inclined to accept this adaptation. It ends with a thought on the most worthy way to integrate the migrant respecting their human rights and those of the host country.
