La Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo, Sección Tercera del TS dirime en este Auto la controversia jurídica surgida entre los derechos de propiedad privada y libertad de empresa y el derecho a la libertad de información, todo ello en el marco del recurso de casación interpuesto por la Liga de Fútbol Profesional contra la sentencia de fecha 28 de enero de 2015 dictada por la Sección Octava de la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de la AN. Finalmente la Sala acuerda plantear cuestión de inconstitucionalidad ante el TC.

The Contentious-Administrative Division, Third Section of the Supreme Court settles in this Declaration the legal dispute arising between the rights of private property and business freedom and the right to freedom of information, all within the framework of the appeal filed by the Professional Football League Association against the judgment dated January 28, 2015 issued by the Eighth Section of the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the AN. Finally, the Chamber agrees on a matter of unconstitutionality in the TC.
