  Considero de especial relevancia que mi llamamiento a comprometerse, indignarse, resistir a aquello inaceptable, alcance a la joven generación de esa España, en particular, que ha tenido tanto que afrontar y que es rica, hoy en día [protagonista del movimiento de protesta 15M], en su diversidad cultural y lingüística. Le estoy muy agradecido al apoyo que ha dado a la causa palestina, que se muestra cada vez más partidaria de una resistencia no violenta. La inercia cómplice de una Unión Europea pusilánime va contra nuestros intereses a largo plazo y contra la paz a medio plazo. La España rebelde y valiente de siempre puede favorecer este impulso hacia una Europa cultural, fraternal, y no una Europa al servicio de una financiarización del mundo.

  I regard as extremely important that my call to engagement, indignation, resistance to the unbearable comes to the young generation of that Spain that had much to face and that, today [main character of the protest movement 15M], is so rich in cultural and linguistical diversity. I fill thankful for its support to the Palestinian cause, that appears every time more favourable to a non-violent resistance. The inertia of the European Union, a timorous accomplice, goes against our interest in the long run and against peace in the short terms. Spain, always rebel and courageous, can promote this impulse towards a cultural, fraternal Europe, not towards a model of Europe at the service of the world financial development.
