Los estudiantes universitarios ante el compromiso de aprender y certificar un idioma

    Al hablar del aprendizaje de idiomas, en el caso del inglés, éste representa la posibilidad de crecimiento, conocimiento e integración al mundo globalizado en el que hoy la sociedad se ve inmersa. No obstante en el aprendizaje de idiomas extranjeros al parecer existen separaciones entre profesores y estudiantes, ya que durante su adquisición los alumnos tienden a mostrar dificultades para el estudio y aceptación del conocimiento, así como para culminar los cursos. Este avance de investigación doctoral alude a la necesidad que se presenta en los estudiantes de educación superior por aprender una segunda lengua, certificarla y tener derecho a obtener un título profesional, junto a la problemática en cuanto al interés que tienen en el estudio de la misma.

    When speaking of language learning, in the case of English, it represents a possibility of development, knowledge and integration into the globalized world in which society is immersed nowadays. However, in the process of learning a foreign language there seem to be a separation between teachers and students because, during the acquisition process, students tend to show difficulties in the study and the acceptance of knowledge as well as the completion of the courses. This paper is a preview of a doctoral thesis in response to the need of students to learn and certify a second language, as well as the right to obtain a qualification, and also problems regarding the interest that they have when studying a foreign language.
