  Tras la conquista de la ciudad de Sevilla, en 1248, se tejió toda una trama de centros, instituciones y comunidades religiosas, entre las que destaca la presencia del convento de San Leandro. A partir del Archivo Conventual y su libro de Protocolo, junto con las fuentes civiles y religiosas ya estudiadas y conocidas por otros autores, realizamos un estudio de todo el patrimonio inmueble urbano perteneciente a la comunidad durante el periodo medieval. Del mismo modo estudiamos la formación del mismo originado a partir de adquisiciones directas (compra-venta), donaciones pro remedio animae y por la dote de las religiosas entrantes. En este estudio se recogen también la tipología de los bienes, así como los negocios a los que fueron sometidos.

  After the conquest of the city of Seville, in 1248, weave a whole plot centers, institutions and religious communities, notably the presence of the convent of San Leandro. From the convent archive and its Protocol book, along with the civil and religious sources already studied and known by other authors, we conducted a study of any urban immovable heritage belonging to the community during the Medieval period. Similarly studied the formation of this heritage originated from direct purchases (purchase and sale), pro remedio animae donations and by the endowment of religious incoming. This study also includes the type of the property as well as the business to which they were subjected them.
