    En este texto se analiza la evolución del derecho electoral español, desde sus orígenes en el año 1810, hasta la actualidad, con especial énfasis en su regulación en normas constitucionales -desde la Constitución de 1812 a la de 1978, pero también en normas legales y reglamentarias.

    In this paper we analyze the evolution of the Spanish Electoral Law, from its origins in the year 1810, until the present day, with special emphasis on its regulation in constitutional norms -from the Constitution of 1812 to the Constitution of 1978-, but also in legal and regulatory procedures.
