Resumen de Postapocalipsis en los Andes. Violencia política y representación en la literatura peruana reciente

Este artículo aborda tres textos narrativos de la literatura peruana reciente relacionados con la violencia que se vivió en Perú en el contexto de la guerra entre Sendero Luminoso y el Estado: La hora azul de Alonso Cueto, Abril rojo de Santiago Roncagliolo y Un lugar llamado Oreja de Perro de Iván Thays. Por un lado, se pone en relevancia el lugar de la li teratura en la construcción de la memoria histórica. Por otro lado, se problematizan algunos supuestos teóricos de la “representación”, tensionando la relación entre el marco cultural andino y la circulación literaria en el mundo global.

The present article focuses on three narrative texts of the Peruvian recent literature, that deal with the war between Shining Path and the Peruvian state: La hora azul by Alonso Cueto, Abril rojo by Santiago Roncagliolo and Un lugar llamado Oreja de Perro by Iván Thays. In one hand, my reading begins by setting the place of literature in the construction of historical memory. In the other hand, my reading discusses some concepts about “representation”, stressing the articulation between the cultural specifics of the Andes and the Peruvian literature in the global world.
