Resumen de Cambios en la escucha psicoanalítica de los trastornos ligados a la hipermodernidad

En el trabajo se plantean algunas inquietudes e interrogantes acerca de los cambios fenomenológicos y clínicos en la patología contemporánea. ¿Estamos ante el mismo padecimiento cambiando solo las apariencias sintomáticas o los disfraces defensivos o la ‘hipermodernidad’ está modificando la estructura psíquica y las manifestaciones del sufrimiento mental. Y, si esto fuera así, ¿estamos los terapeutas preparados para nuevas formas de escucha?, ¿siguen siendo válidas las escuchas alienadas o de escuela en las que, irremediablemente, hemos sido instruidos? ¿Qué exigencias y qué nuevas actitudes requiere una escucha verdadera y cuántas escuchas son posibles? No son temas inéditos, ciertamente, pero los nuevos paradigmas vinculares, relacionales, centrados en la transferencia, etc, conceptos como enactment, mentalización, matriz relacional, etc, obligan a revisitar tanto el sentido como las variantes en la escucha terapéutica. Este artículo no agota, por supuesto, el debate. Solo introduce algunas cuñas incisivas que lo aguijonean.

Some questions and concerns about phenomenological and clinical changes in contemporary pathology are raised in the following test. Are we facing the same affliction by changing only symptomatic appearances or defensive costumes, or is 'hypermodernity' changing the psychic structure and manifestations of mental suffering? And if this were so, are the therapists prepared for new ways of listening? Are the alienated or school hearings still valid in which we have been irreparably instructed? What demands and what new attitudes does a real listening require and how many hearings are possible? They are not unpublished topics, of course, but new binding, relational, transfer-centric paradigms such as enactment, mentalization, relational matrix, etc., require revisiting both the meaning and the variants in therapeutic listening. This article does not, of course, end the debate. Just introduce some incisive quoin that urge it.
