    La Sentencia se dicta tras la interposición de una demanda de reclamación de cantidad. Esta demanda se interpuso a raíz del fallecimiento de un perro, provocado por las mordeduras de otro. Este último perro salió de casa debido a que su poseedor dejó la puerta abierta, ocasión que aprovechó para atacar al otro animal, causándole heridas que le provocaron la muerte. Es necesario señalar que el propietario del animal era otra persona (el hijo del poseedor), que no estaba presente en el momento de los hechos.

    The judicial decision is delivered after the filing of an action for payment amount. This lawsuit was filed following the death of a dog bites caused by another. This last dog left home because her owner left the door open, took occasion to attack another animal, causing injuries which caused his death. It should be noted that the owner of the animal was someone else (the son of the owner), who was not present at the time of the incident.
