Resumen de Bases teóricas para el esbozo de un tributo ambiental en cuba. “Estudio de caso el impuesto de playas”

  En el presente trabajo se pretende dar a conocer varios aspectos ligados a la fiscalidad ambiental pero con particular destaque para los problemas medios ambientales existentes en Cuba.

  Para dar solución a estos problemas se propone como alternativa el uso de instrumentos económicos en la gestión medio ambiental del país.

  Como propuesta se mostrará cómo caso de estudio un tributo ambiental para el sector del turismo por el uso y contaminación del recurso natural playa, donde este sector y otros, se nutren de este recurso y realizan en el mismo diversas actividades.

  Para la realización de éste articulo se aplicó el método de análisis documental y la revisión de fuentes bibliográficas que permitieron el análisis e interpretación relacionado con el tema objeto de estudio. Se utilizó también el método teórico – empírico, la consulta con expertos en el tema, entre otros.

  Presently work is sought to give to know several bound aspects to the environmental surveyor but with matter it highlights for the problems existent environmental means in Cuba.

  To give solution to these problems he/she intends as alternative the use of economic instruments in the half environmental administration of the country.

  As proposal it will be shown how I marry of study an environmental tribute for the sector of the tourism for the use and contamination of the resource natural beach, where this sector and other, they are nurtured of this resource and they carry out in the same diverse activities.

  For the realization of this articulate, it was applied the method of documental analysis and the revision of bibliographical sources that allowed the analysis and interpretation related with the topic study object. It was also used the theoretical method - empiric, the consultation with experts in the topic, among others
