Resumen de Las aventuras dialécticas del Ego institucional: reseña de: BUENO, Gustavo. "El Ego Trascendental"

  En este artículo hacemos una reseña del libro El Ego Trascendental, publicado por el filósofo Gustavo Bueno poco antes de su fallecimiento. En dicho texto, Bueno presenta ejemplos de tránsito desde el Ego categorial, estudiado por las ciencias positivas, hasta el Ego trascendental, entendido como idea cardinal que enlaza y totaliza los diversos géneros de materialidad. El materialismo filosófico acepta y reconoce esta idea dentro de su sistema ontológico, e incluso la considera imprescindible a la hora de convertir éste sistema en el más potente de los precedentes. Sin embargo el Ego trascendental parece creado bien a partir de la plantilla de un sujeto corpóreo, o bien de la divinidad, etc. lo cual crea distorsiones en el materialismo ontológico. Por otro lado, el papel de la irrupción de la teología cristiana en la historia de la filosofía, frente al papel desempeñado por las ciencias positivas en las anteriores exposiciones de Bueno, es otro aspecto sobre el que se llama la atención y que nos parece compromete la coherencia del llamado materialismo filosófico.

  In this article we make a review of the book The Transcendental Ego, published by the philosopher Gustavo Bueno shortly before his death. In this text, Bueno presents examples of transit from the categorical Ego, studied by the positive sciences, to the transcendental Ego, understood as a cardinal idea that links and totalizes the various genres of materiality. Philosophical materialism accepts and recognizes this idea within its ontological system, and even considers it essential in converting this system into the most powerful of precedents. However the transcendental Ego seems created either from the template of a corporeal subject, or from the divinity, etc. which creates distortions in ontological materialism. On the other hand, the role of the irruption of Christian theology in the history of philosophy, compared to the role played by the positive sciences in the previous expositions of Bueno, is another aspect on which attention is drawn and which seems to compromise the coherence of so-called philosophical materialism.
