La Casa Museo Miguel Hernández está situada en el número 73 de la calle Miguel Hernández, popularmente conocida como Calle de Arriba (Orihuela). Forma parte junto con la Sala de Exposiciones Miguel Hernández y el Centro de Estudios Hernandianos, del "Rincón Hernandiano", lugar de encuentro con la cultura en honor al poeta y origen de la Senda del Poeta (GR-125).
En esta casa vivió el poeta oriolano Miguel Hernández Gilabert (1910-1942) con sus padres y hermanos desde 1914 hasta 1934. La casa tiene el compromiso de conservar el entorno en el que vivió el poeta, su principal fuente de inspiración: la huerta, su patio, la montaña, las cabras, el pastoreo...

The Miguel Hernández museum house is located at number 73 Miguel Hernández Street, popularly know as Calle de Arriba (Orihuela). Together with the Miguel Hernández Exhibition Hall and the Hernandianos Studies Centre, it is part of the "Rincón Hernandiano", a meeting point with culture in honour of the poet and origin of the Path of the Poet (GR-125).
In this house lived the Oriolan poet Miguel Hernández Gilabert (1910-1942) with his parents and brothers from 1914 to 1934. The house is committed to preserving the environment in which the poet lived, his main source of inspiration: the garden, its courtyard, the mountain, the goats, the grazing...
