Adolescence is marked by metamorphosis, by the invasion of the body by puberty. At this crucial period, body image changes independently from the subject, while the language brought from childhood does not respond to the knowledge void brought about by the emergence of the sexual real. Without universal references available in culture, the pubescent invents his own response, the adolescence. Since the creation of this concept, the will to control young people has been observed. Public policies aimed at youth usually require adhesion but fail to consider singularity and to establish a living dialogue with the adolescent, the family and the territory. The Window of the Listening device, housed in the University and guided by Lacanian psychoanalysis, proposes a reception of the young person and of those who accompany him and, as from the reception, a work of case construction, articulating family, territory and public policies. The offer of a health and art place surprises the young people � marked by failure to comply with norms and protocols �, while further surprising the professionals who are invited to listen to the young and to themselves in this Window of the Listening. Daniel Roy, commenting on the report by the Nucleus of Research in Psychoanalysis and Medicine (Cunha, 2016), in Journey Jovens.com, pointed out that the name of the laboratory, Window of the Listening, already brings an enigma and causes a surprise effect. To establish an enigma where there was certainty about the fate of a young man or woman could open another trajectory for them, less deadly and more surprising.

A adolescência é marcada pela metamorfose, pela invasão do corpo pela puberdade. A imagem do corpo muda à revelia do sujeito, a linguagem trazida da infância não responde ao furo no saber provocado pela emergência do real sexual. Sem referências universais disponíveis na cultura, o púbere inventa sua própria resposta, a adolescência. Desde a criação desse conceito, observase a vontade de controlar os jovens. As políticas públicas voltadas para a juventude habitualmente exigem adesão mas não consideram a singularidade e não estabelecem uma interlocução viva com o adolescente, a família e o território. O dispositivo Janela da Escuta, alojado na Universidade e orientado pela psicanálise lacaniana, propõe um acolhimento do jovem e de quem o acompanha e, a partir do acolhimento, um trabalho de construção do caso, articulando a família, o território e as políticas públicas. A oferta de um lugar de saúde e arte surpreende os jovens, marcados pelo fracasso no que tange à adesão e adequação às normas e protocolos, e também surpreende os profissionais, convidados a ouvir o jovem e a si mesmos, nessa Janela da Escuta. Daniel Roy, na Jornada Jovens. com, ao comentar o relatório do Núcleo de Investigação e Pesquisa em Psicanálise e Medicina (Cunha, 2016), ressaltou que o nome do laboratório, Janela da Escuta, já causa um efeito de enigma e surpresa. Instaurar o enigma onde havia a certeza sobre o destino de um jovem pode abrir uma outra trajetória para este, menos mortífera e mais surpreendente.
