D. 9,2,31 (Paul. 10 ad Sabinum) constituye uno de los textos integrados en el título dedicado a la Lex Aquilia que ha suscitado más dudas interpretativas. Los diversos responsa giran en torno a si el evento damnificador había acaecido in publicum, in privato, o en lugar donde nulllum iter erit. Por otra parte, en nuestra opinión, la quiebra que se advierte en la euritimia de la exposición, no obsta en modo alguno a la clasicidad del texto, sino simplemente a la autoría muciana del período “culpam autem evitari non possit”.

D. 9,2,31 (Paul. 10 ad Sabinum) is one of the texts integrated into the tittle dedicated to the Lex Aquilia that has their quoted many interpretative doubts. The various reponsa cast revolved around whether the damage event had that occurred in publicum, in privato, or place where nulllum iter erit. By another part, in our opinion, the collapse seen in the exposition rhythm does not preclude in any way to the classical text, but simply to the authorship muciana of the period culpam autem evitari non possit.
