    Dentro de las posibles causas de revocación de la donación es la de ingratitud. El estudio de esta causa se hace necesario por sus características y circunstancias que lo rodean. Así este artículo se centra en el estudio de las causas que provoquen o justifiquen la revocación por causa de ingratitud. Si tenemos en cuenta que la donación consiste en acto jurídico que requiere causa para ser irrevocable, por lo que en este sentido sería irrevocable si se pretende por la voluntad unilateral del donante y sin justa causa, siempre y cuando exista aceptación por parte del donatario.

    Within the possible causes of revocation of the donation it is ingratitude. The study of this cause is necessary due to their characteristics and circumstances that surround it. Thus this article focuses on the study of the causes that provoke or justify the revocation for cause of ingratitude. If we take into account that the donation consists of legal act requiring cause to be irrevocable, which in this sense would be irrevocable if intended by the unilateral will of the donor and without just cause, always and when there is acceptance on the part of the grantee
