Resumen de O acesso à informação e ao patrimônio documental no Instituto Federal de Roraima: conquistas e desafios

  Over the years the State of Roraima spent several structural and social transformations, reflected in its institutions, and consequently in their documents. Has as focus in this investigation the Federal Institute of Roraima (IFRR). This educational institution is an important pillar in the promotion of informational transparency within the State of Roraima, because that has a direct relationship with the company and its documentary assets keep valuable memories of the history of the Institute and of the State. To this end, the question of the access to information and documentary heritage of the IFRR considering basis to LAI? The objective is to present aspects about the situation of the access to information and documentary heritage of the IFRR in the context of LAI. This research is characterized as qualitative, documentary and field. A semi structured interview as a tool for data collection. The subjects interviewed are two archivists from the Institute, crowded in the rectory, and in Boa Vista Campus Center, respectively. Through results one can realize that even part of the same institution, the Rectory and the Campus have different realities, both with respect to informational access, about the documentary patrimony. However, both perspectives on access and documentary goods are positive.

  Ao longo dos anos, o Estado de Roraima passou por diversas transformações estruturais e sociais, refletidas em suas instituições, e consequentemente em seus documentos. Tem-se como foco nesta pesquisa o Instituto Federal de Roraima (IFRR). Considera-se que esta instituição de ensino é um importante pilar na promoção da transparência informacional dentro do Estado de Roraima, visto que possui uma relação direta com a sociedade e que seus bens documentais guardam memórias valiosas da história do Instituto e do Estado. Para isso, questiona-se qual é a situação do acesso à informação e ao patrimônio documental do IFRR, considerando como base a Lei de Acesso à Informação (LAI). Objetiva-se, assim, apresentar aspectos acerca da situação do acesso à informação e ao patrimônio documental do IFRR no âmbito da LAI. Esta pesquisa caracteriza-se como qualitativa, de campo e documental. Utiliza-se uma entrevista semiestruturada como instrumento para a coleta de dados. Os sujeitos entrevistados são dois arquivistas do Instituto, lotados na Reitoria e no Campus Boa Vista Centro, respectivamente. Por meio dos resultados obtidos, pode-se perceber que, mesmo fazendo parte da mesma instituição, a Reitoria e o Campus possuem realidades distintas, tanto no que tange ao acesso informacional, quanto ao patrimônio documental. Todavia, as perspectivas de ambos, voltadas ao acesso e aos bens documentais, são positivas.
