Resumen de Perfil tecnológico y percepciones sobre la red de la juventud gallega

  El hecho de haber nacido en un mundo completamente digitalizado es un elemento fundamental para entender el estilo de vida de la juventud actual, ya que va a influir en sus relaciones sociales, en su forma de divertirse, de pensar el futuro y hasta de consumir, pero, qué pensarán ellos y ellas de las redes sociales. Este trabajo analiza el perfil tecnológico y las percepciones sobre la red de chicos y chicas adolescentes. Participaron en el mismo 615 estudiantes de tercero y cuarto de Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO) escolarizados en centros públicos de la comunidad autónoma gallega, con una ligera mayor proporción de chicas (320) que de chicos (295). Para dar respuesta a los objetivos formulados se llevó a cabo un estudio por encuesta usando como instrumento de recogida de datos el cuestionario en modalidad on-line de Violencias de género 2.0. Los datos se analizaron mediante estadística descriptiva para determinar las características de la muestra y, para la comparación entre los resultados obtenidos por chicos y chicas, se utilizó la prueba de Chi cuadrado. Para todo ello se utilizó el paquete estadístico SPSS, versión 22.

  The fact of being born in a completely digitized world is a fundamental element to understand the lifestyle of today's youth, since it will influence their social relationships, their way of having fun, thinking about the future and even consuming, but, what they think of social networks? This paper analyzes the technological profile and the perceptions about the network of adolescent boys and girls. In the study there took part 615 students of third party and quarter of Secondary Obligatory Education enrolled in school in public centers of the autonomous Galician community, with a slightly higher proportion of girls (320) than boys (295). In order to respond to the objectives formulated, a study was carried out by survey using as instrument of withdrawal of information the questionnaire in on-line modality: Gender Violence 2.0. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics to determine the characteristics of the sample and, for the comparison between the results obtained by boys and girls, the Chi square test was used. For all this was used the statistical package SPSS, version 22.
