Resumen de Efectividad del tratamiento acupuntural en pacientes con úlcera gastroduodenal

  Se realiza un estudio experimental longitudinal prospectivo, para demostrar la efectividad del tratamiento acupuntural en pacientes con ulcera gastroduodenal. Policlínico Sur. Febrero 2011 - 2012. El universo es de 30 pacientes, que constituyeron la muestra, según criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se utilizaron variables como el sexo, grupo etáreo, evaluación clínica antes, durantes, y al final del tratamiento, según hábitos tóxicos, la evaluación al final del tratamiento convencional y acupuntural teniendo en cuenta criterio de estable, mejorado, curado y empeorado. La información se obtuvo de revisiones bibliográficas, historias clínicas, obteniéndose predominio del sexo masculino y el grupo etáreo de 45-54 años. Durante el tratamiento prevaleció el criterio de mejorado, al finalizar hubo mayor porcentaje de pacientes curados teniendo en cuenta los hábitos tóxicos, y al terminar el tratamiento acupuntural con respecto al convencional.

  A prospective longitudinal experimental study was conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment in patients with gastroduodenal ulcer at South Polyclinic during February 2011 - 2012. The universe is 30 patients, who constituted the sample, according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Variables were used such as: sex, age group, clinical evaluation before, during, and at the end of treatment, according to toxic habits, evaluation at the end of conventional and acupuncture treatment taking into account stable, improved, cured and worsened criteria. The information was obtained from bibliographic reviews, clinical histories, obtaining a predominance of males and the age group of 45-54 years. During the treatment, the criterion of improvement prevailed, at the end of which there was a greater percentage of patients cured taking into account toxic habits, and at the end of the acupuncture treatment with respect to the conventional one.
