    Los Smart contract son aquellos contratos que se ejecutan de manera automática cuando se da alguna circunstancia que se hubiera estipulado. No hay acción humana, si uno de los contratantes o el empleado no cumple con lo estipulado en el contrato, será el mismo contrato quien, automáticamente y sin acción humana, se ejecute, pudiendo llegar a resolver un contrato con la consecuente pérdida del bien o que se produzca un despido automático. Las posibilidades son ilimitadas.

    The smart contracts are contracts that are executed automatically, when there is some circumstance that would have been stipulated.
