    Desde Cabrera proceden unas pocas inscripciones lapídeas romanas y varios grafitos sobre cerámica de época cristiana. Si bien se trata de materiales muy fragmentarios, son dignos de interés por su estrecha relación con las diferentes fases históricas de la isla. Por la misma razón nos ocupamos también de la única inscripción hallada en la cercana Formentera.

    In the Balearic Island of Cabrera a few stone inscriptions and several graffiti onpottery of the Christian age were found. Even though they are very fragmentary, they are particularly noteworthy for being deep interlaced to the historical stages of this island. For the same reason we also deal with the only one inscription that has been found in the near island of Formentera.
