Resumen de Diversidade Cultural: Da prática do magistério na escola básica à escrita na Universidade

  • Summary: This work has as main objective to present, from a process of training from teaching doctoral degrees, reflections on training for the pedagogical practice having as parameter the importance of the teacher researcher to be able to cope in their daily lives with cultural diversity and also can be authoritative voice in pedagogical discourse. The discourse on quality education permeates the discourse on cultural diversity. Education as a body authorized to develop and respect the diversity develops its role as a trainer. However, from our experience we realized the gap that exists between a teacher training for the exercise of search and therefore to deal with cultural diversity and teacher training to be a repeater of theoretical perspectives that promise to solve the problems for teaching reading and writing. We argue that the teacher prepared to do research in their daily lives will be better able to deal with the cultural diversity present in the classroom. We take as object of analysis the process of forming an educator, some experiences of his practice, his work in MA and ideas in the course of doctoral studies. Through this analysis will be possible to find a training course that changes in subjective teacher and that directly interfere with educational practice.
